Green Valley

Green Valley is a neighborhood of Henderson, Nevada. The Green Valley Master Community development was founded in 1978 by American Nevada Corporation in an area of 8,400 acres on the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley. Smaller enclaves called Green Valley Ranch and Green Valley South in later years were added within the boundaries of the master community.

Green Valley offers quick access to The Strip, the airport, and all that Las Vegas has to offer.

The Strip

The Las Vegas Strip is an approximately 3.8 mi stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard South in Clark County, Nevada. A small portion of the Strip lies in Las Vegas, but most of it is in the unincorporated areas of Paradise and Winchester. Most of "the Strip" has been designated an
All-American Road.

Many of the largest hotel, casino and resort properties in the world are located on the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Nineteen of the world's twenty-five largest hotels by room count are on the Strip, with a total of over 67,000 rooms.

Recently, the "Manhattanization" of Las Vegas has led to the development of luxury condo and condo-hotel buildings on and near the strip. You can now own your own home right on one of the most famous streets in the world, with access to the world's best nightlife, fine dining, shopping, and entertainment all in the gaming capital of the world.

Pahrump

Pahrump is a census-designated place (CDP) in Nye County, Nevada, United States. The population was 24,631 as of the 2000 census, making it by far the largest settlement in the county. The town's motto is "Heart of the New Old West". Pahrump offers a small town feel, while serving as a bedroom community to Las Vegas.

Henderson

Henderson is a city in Clark County, Nevada, United States within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. It is the second largest city in Nevada, after Las Vegas, with an estimated population of 252,064 in the 2008 Census Bureau. It occupies the southeast end of the Las Vegas Valley
at an elevation of approximately 1,330 feet.

The City of Henderson celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2003. The township of Henderson emerged in the 1940s to supply the country with magnesium, the "miracle metal" of World War II. Although "born in America's defense," Henderson's future after the war was uncertain until April 16, 1953 when city incorporation papers were signed.

The master planned community of Green Valley is located in Henderson.
