This Mission Beach ocean front condo was the first purchase of a 3 unit assemblage project on the ocean front in Mission Beach. It was purchased in 2005, and the interior was gutted and redone studs out. After the other units in the building were purchased, the entire complex went through an architectural remodel and now features floor to ceiling glass windows, brand new stucco, fresh paint, and a modern architectural design. This was my first project in Mission Beach.
